Welcome to Rudraksha Kavach (https://rudrakshakavach.com). Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before you browse, create an account, or place an order on this website. These Terms form a legally binding electronic contract between you and the seller under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. By accessing the website or buying from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated here by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the website.

1. Who we are

This website is owned and operated by SnazzyWorks, a sole proprietorship registered in India (the "Seller", "we", "us", or "our"), trading as Rudraksha Kavach.

In these Terms, "you" and "your" mean the person using the website or placing an order.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By using the website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are using the website on behalf of another person or a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind them to these Terms.

You agree to use the website and our products only for lawful purposes and not in violation of any applicable law in India or in your jurisdiction.

3. Our products

Rudraksha Kavach sells physical products only, including:

  • authentic Rudraksha beads sourced from the Himalayas, Nepal, and Indonesia;
  • Rudraksha, Tulsi, and Karungali malas;
  • spiritual jewellery;
  • natural-stone bracelets and gemstones.

Many of our items are accompanied by laboratory certificates of authenticity, where stated on the product page.

Natural-variation caveat. Rudraksha beads, malas, and natural gemstones are organic, natural materials. Variations in size, shape, colour, surface texture, grain, mukhi lines, and inclusions are inherent to natural products and are not defects. Photographs on the website are representative; the colour shown on your screen may differ slightly from the actual product due to display and lighting differences.

Our products are spiritual and lifestyle items. Please also read the disclaimers in Section 11.

4. Your account

You may browse the website without an account, but you will need to create one to place and track orders. When you create an account, you agree to:

  • provide true, current, and complete information about yourself and your order;
  • keep your account details and password confidential; and
  • be responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

Please notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We may suspend or close any account that we reasonably believe has been used in breach of these Terms or for any unlawful purpose.

5. Pricing, taxes, and invoice

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  • In accordance with current GST law, Rudraksha beads are exempt from GST (taxed at 0%), while other items such as jewellery and gemstones attract GST as applicable.
  • A tax invoice is issued for every order.
  • Prices, offers, and product availability may change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

While we take care to list products and prices accurately, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to confirm the order at the corrected price or to cancel it.

6. Payments

Payments on the website are processed securely through Razorpay, our third-party payment gateway, which supports UPI, debit and credit cards, net-banking, and wallets.

  • We do not store your full card details. All payment information is collected and processed by Razorpay in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy and applicable data-security standards.
  • Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully authorised, except where another payment method is expressly offered.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is offered on eligible orders within India, subject to a maximum order quantity/value limit and a COD convenience fee. Both the applicable limit and the convenience fee are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We may decline COD on certain products, destinations, or orders at our discretion; where a paid COD order is cancelled, refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

By making a payment, you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you or that you are authorised to use it.

7. Orders, acceptance, and our right to refuse

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms. You will receive an order acknowledgement by email and/or on the website. This acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order; it does not by itself mean we have accepted it.

A binding contract is formed only when we accept your order, which we do when we dispatch the products to you.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at our sole and reasonable discretion, including where:

  • the product is out of stock or no longer available;
  • there has been a pricing or product-description error;
  • we are unable to verify or authorise your payment;
  • we suspect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms; or
  • delivery is not possible to your location.

If we cancel an order for which you have already paid, we will refund the amount in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

8. Shipping, returns, and refunds

  • Shipping. We ship through reputed third-party courier partners with tracking. Dispatch and delivery timelines, shipping charges, serviceable destinations, and other delivery details are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Domestic delivery within India typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Domestic shipping is free for orders above ₹500, and a flat ₹100 applies to orders of ₹500 or below. International shipping is offered: international delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on customs clearance and the destination, any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility, and international shipping charges are calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Energized (Abhimantrit) and personalized or custom-made items add about 3–5 business days of preparation time before dispatch.
  • Returns, replacements, and cancellations. Your rights to cancel an order, return or replace a product, and obtain a refund are set out in full in our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:
    • Eligible products may be returned or replaced within 7 days of delivery, provided they are returned in original, unused condition with the lab certificates and any tamper-proof seals intact.
    • To claim for a damaged or wrong item, a single, unedited unboxing video (running from the sealed courier label through to the defect) must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Natural variations in beads and gemstones are not treated as defects, and certain items are non-returnable — including energized (Abhimantrit / Prana Pratishta) items and any personalized or custom-made orders, which cannot be returned or exchanged except where they arrive damaged or defective.
    • A restocking fee of approximately 10% may apply to loose gemstones and non-energized returns; original shipping, customs or duties, and payment-gateway fees are non-refundable; and return shipping is the customer's responsibility (a tracked, insured service is recommended).
    • Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided energization or preparation has not yet begun and the order has not been dispatched. Once energization or preparation has begun, or the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
    • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or, where you prefer, as store credit.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, button icons, images, photographs, brand names, page layouts, and their selection and arrangement — is owned by SnazzyWorks or its content suppliers and is protected under Indian intellectual-property laws.

The "Rudraksha Kavach" name, logo, and brand aesthetic are our protected intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the website or its content without our prior written permission. You may view and use the website only for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

  • use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose;
  • place orders using false, stolen, or unauthorised payment details;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the website, its servers, or its security features;
  • introduce any virus, malware, or other harmful code;
  • use any automated means (such as bots or scrapers) to access, copy, or harvest content or data from the website; or
  • infringe our intellectual-property rights or those of any third party.

We may, without notice, suspend or terminate your access to the website if you breach this section.

11. Disclaimers

  • Spiritual and lifestyle products. Our products are sold as spiritual and lifestyle items rooted in traditional belief and practice. We make no guarantee or representation that any product will produce, improve, or affect any health, medical, psychological, financial, professional, or other life outcome.
  • Not professional advice. Nothing on this website constitutes medical, health, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional for any such matter. Any decision you make based on information on this website is your sole responsibility.
  • Authenticity and certificates. Where a product is described as lab-certified, the certificate relates to the laboratory's findings on the identity and characteristics of the item only and does not constitute any guarantee of outcome.
  • "As available". While we work to keep the website accurate and available, we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis and do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SnazzyWorks (trading as Rudraksha Kavach) and its proprietor, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage — including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or data — arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or any product purchased through it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that order.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnazzyWorks (trading as Rudraksha Kavach) and its proprietor, employees, and partners from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

14. Third-party links and services

The website may use or link to third-party services and websites, such as our payment gateway (Razorpay) and courier partners. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control and are not responsible for their content, services, or practices. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, technology, or the law. The current version will always be available on this page with its effective date. Your continued use of the website after any change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the website or any purchase, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
