At Rudraksha Kavach, we take care that your Rudraksha beads, malas and spiritual jewellery reach you safely, securely packed, and within a clear, honest timeline. This page explains how we process, pack, ship and deliver your order, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

This page covers physical products only. Rudraksha Kavach is an online store for authentic Rudraksha beads, malas and spiritual jewellery; we do not sell consultations or reports of any kind.

Where we ship

  • Within India: We ship across India through reputed third-party courier partners, to a wide network of pin codes.
  • International: We ship worldwide through reputed international courier partners. International orders are subject to the customs, duties and longer-timeline clauses set out below.

If your pin code is not currently serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or to issue a refund.

Order processing and dispatch

Once your payment is confirmed, we prepare your order with care — verifying the item, checking lab certificates where applicable, and packing it securely.

  • Standard items (loose Rudraksha beads, malas, bracelets, gemstones and spiritual jewellery) are typically processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Energized (Abhimantrit / Prana Pratishta), personalized or custom-made orders require additional preparation. Please allow about 3 to 5 business days of preparation time, in addition to standard processing, before such an order is dispatched.
  • Combined orders are shipped together once every item in the order is ready. If you need part of an order sooner, contact us before dispatch and we will try to help (additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments).

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays and gazetted holidays.

Estimated delivery timelines

Delivery dates are estimates provided by our courier partners and are counted from the date of dispatch (not the date of order). While we work hard to meet them, they are not guaranteed.

  • Within India: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International: 10–21 business days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance and the destination postal service.

Shipping charges

The exact shipping charge applicable to your order, if any, is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

  • Within India: Shipping is free for orders above ₹500. For orders of ₹500 or below, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies.
  • International: International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available within India, subject to a maximum order quantity/value limit and a COD convenience fee. The applicable COD limit and convenience fee are displayed at checkout. If a COD order is refused or returned undelivered, the return-shipping cost may be recovered before any refund of other amounts paid.

Couriers and order tracking

We dispatch orders through established third-party courier partners with end-to-end tracking.

When your order is dispatched, we send you a confirmation by email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details. You can also track your order anytime by signing in to your account on https://rudrakshakavach.com and opening the order. The tracking link lets you follow your parcel right up to delivery.

Packaging and safety

Every order is packed to protect both the item and its certificates:

  • Lab certificates and any tamper-proof seals are kept intact inside the package.
  • Beads, malas and gemstones are cushioned to guard against transit damage.
  • For higher-value items, the courier may require a signature or an OTP (one-time password) at delivery as proof of delivery.

If the outer packaging arrives tampered with or visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery. If you have already accepted it, you must record a single, unedited unboxing video (from the sealed courier label through to the issue) and share it with us within 24 hours so we can process a replacement or refund. This video is required to claim damage or a wrong item.

Delays, failed delivery and return-to-origin

  • Delivery attempts: Our courier partners will normally attempt delivery up to three times.
  • Accurate address matters: Please enter your complete and correct delivery address, pin code and a reachable phone number at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details are the most common cause of failed delivery.
  • Return to origin (RTO): If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, the recipient was unavailable, or delivery was refused, you will be liable for the additional cost of re-dispatching the order.
  • Lost in transit: In the rare event a courier loses a parcel, we will raise an investigation with the courier. This may take 7–10 business days or longer. Once a loss is confirmed, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund.

International duties and taxes

For international shipments, your order may attract import duties, customs fees and local taxes (such as VAT) levied by the destination country. These charges are entirely the customer's responsibility and are over and above the price and shipping paid to us. If a parcel is refused because such duties are unpaid, the return-shipping cost and any penalties will be deducted from your refund.

Circumstances beyond our control

Rudraksha Kavach is not liable for delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control — including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government restrictions or customs hold-ups. Where such an event affects your order, we will keep you informed and help however we can.

Taxes and your tax invoice

Prices on the website are inclusive of applicable GST. Authentic Rudraksha beads are GST-exempt (0%); other items such as jewellery and natural stones attract GST as applicable. A tax invoice is issued for every order and is available with your order on your account.

Returns, replacements and cancellations

This page covers shipping and delivery. For our full returns, replacement and cancellation terms — including the 7-day return window, the unboxing-video requirement, restocking fees and how refunds are processed — please see our Returns & Refund policy. In brief:

  • You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is original and unused with its lab certificates and any tamper-proof seals intact.
  • Most orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, before dispatch.
  • Energized and custom/personalized orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement and only before energization or preparation has begun or the order is dispatched. Once energization or preparation has begun, or the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Energized and custom/personalized items are non-returnable. As Rudraksha beads are natural products, slight variations in size, shape, colour and surface markings are normal and are not defects.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.

Governing law

This Shipping & Delivery policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
