Rudraksha and gemstones are spiritual and lifestyle items. Any traditional associations described on this page are matters of belief and are not medical claims; our products are not a substitute for professional medical or other advice.
Products & authenticity
Are your Rudraksha beads genuine?
Yes. We source authentic Rudraksha directly from trusted growers in the Himalayan region, Nepal, and Indonesia, and inspect every bead before it is listed. Many of our beads, malas, and gemstones are lab-certified for genuineness, and the certificate is included with the relevant order. Where a product is certified, this is stated clearly on the product page.
What does "lab-certified" mean?
A lab certificate is an independent report from a testing laboratory that confirms a bead or gemstone is natural and genuine. When a product carries a certificate, the document travels with your order and should be kept safe — you will need it if you ever wish to return or replace the item.
Will the bead I receive look exactly like the photo?
Rudraksha beads, malas, and natural gemstones are products of nature, so small variations in colour, size, surface texture, grain, and the depth of the natural lines (mukhi) are completely normal and unique to each piece. These natural variations are part of an authentic product and are not treated as defects.
Choosing a Rudraksha
What is a "mukhi" and what do the numbers mean?
"Mukhi" refers to the number of natural faces or lines running across the surface of a Rudraksha bead. Beads are commonly found from 1 mukhi up to 21 mukhi, and each is traditionally associated, in belief and spiritual practice, with different qualities — for example, the 5 mukhi is the most widely worn and is traditionally associated with general well-being. These associations are traditional beliefs, not medical claims. The mukhi of each bead is listed on its product page.
How do I choose the right bead or mala for me?
Each product page describes the mukhi, size, source, and traditional associations of the item so you can choose what appeals to you. If you would like help comparing options before you buy, message our support team and we will be glad to guide you. Please note we sell physical Rudraksha products only — we do not provide astrology or horoscope consultations.
Can I wear more than one bead together?
Yes. Many customers wear malas or combinations of beads. Our range includes single beads, rudraksha malas, tulsi malas, and karungali malas, as well as natural-stone bracelets and spiritual jewellery, so you can choose a single piece or build a combination that suits you.
Care & cleaning
How do I care for my beads and malas?
To keep your beads and malas in good condition:
- Wipe them gently with a soft, dry cloth, or clean occasionally with plain water and let them dry fully.
- Keep them away from harsh chemicals, perfumes, sprays, and prolonged moisture.
- Avoid extreme heat or direct strong sunlight for long periods.
- Store them in a clean, dry place, ideally in the pouch or box they arrived in.
Applying a little natural oil (such as sandalwood or coconut oil) occasionally can help maintain the bead's surface, but this is optional.
Do you offer energization or custom stringing?
Yes. On request we offer energization (Abhimantrit / Prana Pratishta) and custom or personalized stringing for selected items. Energized and custom-made pieces need about 3–5 business days of preparation before dispatch. Please note that because these items are prepared specially for you, energized (Abhimantrit), personalized, and custom-made items cannot be returned.
Payments, taxes & invoices
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a leading Indian payment gateway, which supports UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. We never see or store your full card details — these are handled entirely by Razorpay's secure systems.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, subject to a maximum order quantity/value limit and a small COD convenience fee — both of which are displayed at checkout. If COD is unavailable for your order, you can pay securely in advance via Razorpay.
Are prices inclusive of GST? Will I get an invoice?
Yes. All prices shown include applicable GST. Rudraksha beads are exempt from GST (charged at 0%), while other items such as jewellery and gemstones attract GST as applicable. A tax invoice is issued for every order.
Ordering, shipping & tracking
How do I place an order?
Browse the store, add the items you want to your cart, and complete checkout on our website. You can create a customer account to save your details and view your order history, or check out as a guest. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation.
Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
We ship across India through trusted third-party courier partners with tracking. We also ship internationally — international delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on customs clearance and the destination, and any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility. Within India, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Full details are in our Shipping policy.
How much does shipping cost?
Within India, shipping is free for orders above ₹500, and a flat ₹100 applies to orders of ₹500 or below. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. The exact shipping charge, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay, and the full breakdown is set out in our Shipping policy.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we share a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. You can also view your order status and tracking details by signing in to your account on our website.
What if my order is delayed?
Occasionally couriers face delays due to weather, regional disruptions, or other factors outside our control. If your order is running significantly late, please contact us with your order number and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
Cancellations, returns & refunds
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel an order within 6 hours of placing it, provided energization or preparation has not begun and it has not already been dispatched. Once energization or preparation has begun, or the order is dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. To cancel, contact us promptly with your order number.
What is your return policy in brief?
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be original and unused, with any lab certificates and tamper-proof seals intact. To claim a damaged or wrong item, a single, unedited unboxing video — filmed continuously from the sealed package to the issue — must be shared within 24 hours of delivery. Which items cannot be returned?
Items returned without their lab certificate or with broken tamper-proof seals may be rejected. Energized (Abhimantrit), personalized, and custom-made items are non-returnable, as they are prepared specially for you. Natural variations in beads and gemstones are not considered defects. Are there any deductions on a refund?
Yes, in some cases. A restocking fee of around 10% may apply to loose gemstones and non-energized returns, and original shipping charges, any customs or duties, and payment-gateway fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked and insured service. These terms are explained in full in our Returns & Refund policy.
How long do refunds take?
Once a return is received, inspected, and approved, refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or, if you prefer, as store credit.
